- SOLO/LOWER OCCUPANCY POLICY
A 50% discount applies to a third guest in Deluxe Cabin 1 or Deluxe Cabin 2 only.
Guests requesting sole use of a cabin will be charged the per-person rate plus a 50% single-occupancy supplement.
Example: Sole use of Deluxe Cabin 1 = USD 570.00 × 1.5 = USD 855.00 per night.
- INCLUSIONS
The following are included in all cruises:
- Full-board accommodation (three meals per day)
- Welcome drink
- Snacks, soft drinks, water, tea, coffee, and espresso
- Diving: up to 4 dives per day
- Arrival day: 1 check dive
- Departure day: no diving (a dive may be possible depending on flight schedule)
- Unused dives cannot be claimed for reimbursement
- Dive guide
- Weights and weight belts
- Land and shore excursions as per the Manta Mae standard program/itinerary
- Fishing activities (where local regulations and conditions permit)
- Kayak and Stand-Up Paddle use
- Pick-up and drop-off at embarkation/disembarkation hotel or airport
- Assistance with flight booking upon request
- EXCLUSIONS
The following are not included in the cruise price:
- National Park Fees (subject to change per government regulations):

All onboard payments must be made in cash.

- SCUBA REVIEW — WHEN IS IT REQUIRED?
A Scuba Review is required in the following cases:

We recommend that guests complete a refresher course before boarding to avoid having to do it onboard.
# Private Divemaster Recommendation
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we recommend hiring a private divemaster (USD 50.00 per divemaster, per day) in the following cases:
- Divers with fewer than 40 logged dives
- Divers holding only entry-level certification (e.g. PADI/SSI Open Water, CMAS, FFESSM Niveau 1, VDST Bronze, BSAC Ocean Diver, NAUI Scuba Diver, etc.)
- Divers under 16 years of age

- RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT
All reservations must be submitted by email or fax and must include:
- Agent reference number
- Itinerary/route reference and departure date
- Number of berths required
- Full names of all passengers
- Any special requirements
A deposit of 30% of the total charter amount is due within 5 days of the reservation date. Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice. All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the remitter. Any shortfall due to transfer charges will be collected with the balance payment.
- BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.
Short-notice bookings (reservations made less than 90 days before departure): full payment is due at the time of booking, no later than 10 days after the pro-forma invoice is issued.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
– 61 days or more before departure: The deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee. Any balance already paid will be refunded within 3 months.
– 60 days or less before departure: No refund.
All cancellations must be submitted by email.
- INSURANCE
– Travel insurance (including trip cancellation cover) is strongly recommended for all guests.
– Diving insurance is mandatory (DAN, Aquamed, or equivalent).
- ITINERARY CHANGES
Changes to the scheduled itinerary requested by the chartering customer are subject to prior approval by PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae.
PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae reserves the right to modify the itinerary or specific services if required by unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (including weather conditions). Every effort will be made to offer alternatives of comparable standard. Clients will be informed as early as possible, including any impact on pricing.
- TRIP CANCELLATION BY THE OPERATOR
Customer-caused cancellation: PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae reserves the right to cancel a booking if the customer’s conduct gives justifiable cause. This includes, but is not limited to providing false information (such as misrepresenting medical fitness or certification level), or behaviour that threatens the safety of the crew or other guests. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Force Majeure: PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae reserves the right to cancel a trip due to Force Majeure (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics), unavoidable acts of man (e.g. war, civil unrest, strikes), or weather, sea, or climatic conditions that would seriously compromise the trip or endanger the safety of guests. In such cases, clients will be notified as early as possible. The deposit will be retained, but PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae will make every effort to offer an alternative departure date. Any balance already paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.
- TRIP INTERRUPTION
PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae is not liable to issue any refund if a client voluntarily interrupts or cuts short their trip. In cases of emergency (personal illness or accident), PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae will assist with arrangements for the client’s return travel. All costs related to an early departure are the sole responsibility of the client. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers emergency evacuation and trip interruption.
- LIABILITY — PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS & DEATH
PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae accepts no liability for damages resulting from personal illness, injury, or death occurring during any trip — whether caused by failure, delay, or irregularity, or by acts or omissions of owners, operators, or carriers providing transport or other services on behalf of PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae.
PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae is not responsible for injury (including fatal injury) or property damage resulting from acts of war, insurrection, civil unrest, or military action in any country of origin, destination, or transit.
In the event of a medical emergency during the voyage (onboard or onshore) requiring evacuation, aircraft use, or repatriation, all associated costs are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
- LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients are personally responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables, cash, jewellery, credit cards, cameras, and other electronic devices.
- FITNESS TO TRAVEL
By paying the deposit, the client confirms that they have no physical or medical condition that would create a hazard for themselves or other passengers. PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae reserves the right to remove any person from the trip at any time if this is deemed necessary for the safety of all on board.
- BOOKING ACCEPTANCE
By submitting a deposit, the agent and client acknowledge and accept all the above Terms & Conditions.
