For a third adult guest, a 50% discount is offered, applicable only to Triple Deluxe Cabin 1 and Triple Deluxe Cabin 2.

In the event of a private cabin request, the pricing will be the base price of the selected cabin per person, with an additional 50%.

For your comfort, the Manta Mae recommends hiring a private dive master (USD$ 50 /master/trip and day) if:

1. divers with less than 40 logged dives;
2. divers which only hold an entry level certification (e.g. PADI/SSI Open Water Diver, CMAS*, Niveau 1 FFESSM, VDST Bronze, BSAC Ocean Diver, NAUI Scuba Diver etc);
3. divers below 16 years.

This is advised in order to ensure that all levels of divers are satisfied.

We can suggest to do a refresher course prior to the cruise to avoid the SR during the charter onboard Manta Mae.

All reservations must be made by electronic mail or facsimile transmission and must include your agent reference number and state the cruise number for which the reservation refers, the number of berths required, all passenger names and any special requirements.

A deposit of 30% of the Charter’s full amount is to be sent to bank account stated on invoice, no later than 10 days after the date the reservation is made. All bank transfer fees have to be charged to the Remitter. Any difference with the amount will be charged with balance payment.

Payment of the balance must be made 60 days prior to the departure date.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS Full payment must be made at the time of booking (with cut off date not more than 10 days after proforma submission) if the reservation is made less than 90 days prior to departure.

In the event of a cancellation 91 days or more before the departure date, the entire deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. The balance will be credited back within a maximum of 3 months.

For cancellations within 90 days, no refund is foreseen. Cancellation notices must be submitted via electronic mail.

There are certain changes to the scheduled itineraries allowed by the chartering customer subject to prior arrangement and approval by Pt Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae.

PT Unique Travel Adventures – Manta Mae reserves the right to change the itinerary and particular services, if required, due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (including weather conditions). Pt Unique Travel Adventures will make every effort to offer equivalent alternatives of a comparable standard. Clients will be informed of such changes at the earliest possible date and the effect they may have on price.

Cancellation for Reasons Caused by the Customer PT Unique Travel Adventures reserves the right to cancel a booking if actions on the customer’s part give justifiable cause to do so. In such instance PT Unique Travel Adventures will not refund any payments already made. Further claims against PT Unique Travel Adventures will not be entertained.

PT Unique Travel Adventures reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons of Force Majeure (i.e. natural disasters, epidemics, etc.) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e. war, riots, strikes etc.), or weather / sea conditions and climatic which would seriously compromise a successful trip or endanger clients safety. In the event of this happening PT Unique Travel Adventures will advise you at the earliest possible date.

PT Unique Travel Adventures will not liable to refund any money when the client interrupts or calls short a trip. In cases of emergency such as personal illness or accident, Pt Unique Travel Adventures will assist in all necessary arrangements for the customer’s return travel. All incurring costs involving a premature return trip are responsibility of the client. For such cases it may be advisable to subscribe to a special travel insurance plan covering emergency evacuation or emergency travel cost, or interruption trip insurance cover.

In the case of damages resulting from illness, personal injuries or death which may be sustained by reason of, or while engaged in, any trip whether due to the ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any aircraft, helicopter, automobile, bicycle, boat, vehicle, hotel, common carrier or any other conveyance used in carrying out these trips, PT Unique Travel Adventures assumes no liability due to any cause Whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts or omissions occurring during a trip under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by owners, operators or public carriers for and on behalf of Pt Unique Travel Adventures. PT Unique Travel Adventures shall not be responsible for any injury to person (whether or not resulting in death) or damage to property arising out of any act of war, insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising or military action occurring in the countries of origin, destination or passage. In case of a medical problem arising during the voyage, either on-board or on shore, which results in costs for evacuation, use of aircraft or repatriation, the responsibility for payment of these costs belongs solely to the passenger.

Clients are personally responsible for the safekeeping of their own valuables, cash, jewelry, credit cards, photo and video cameras, and other electronic devices.

By paying the deposit, the client certifies him/herself does not have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or other passengers.
